Bill Elliott's No. 9 Could Help Fans Win $20,000

NASCAR legend and Evernham Motorsports lead driver Bill Elliott will celebrate 27 years in the Winston Cup Series in 2002. Not only has Elliott built one of the most distinguished racing records in NASCAR history, but he has also collected a record 15 Most Popular Driver awards.

Thanks to MDI Inc., fans can now look for Elliott's image to appear on NASCAR scratch-off lottery tickets. The new "Fast Cash" series also commemorates five other drivers, including Dale Earnhart, Jr. The game is currently available in Missouri and is expected to launch in several other states as well. Tickets are $2 apiece and offer the opportunity to win up to $20,000. Players scratch off the winning car number, and are then given 10 chances to match that number and win. The ticket includes a bonus section, with prizes for first place ($50), second place ($25) and third place ($10). In Missouri, players are also given the chance to win trips to Winston Cup races.
